Cambridge-Ukraine Studentship: further information
Overview
The Cambridge-Ukraine Studentships provide financial support to Ukrainian students who aim to pursue a one-year Masters degree at the University of Cambridge.
The studentships are generously funded by Dmitry Firtash, a prominent Ukrainian businessman.
Eligibility
The studentships are available to citizens of Ukraine who are offered admission to the University of Cambridge.
Candidates should have achieved, or be about to achieve, a high enough academic qualification, and proficiency in the English language, to be accepted on their chosen course of study.

Value
The studentships will be means-tested, and will provide either fees only (including both University Composition Fee and approved College Fee) or fees plus an annual stipend, according to financial need.
The annual stipend, if awarded, will be sufficient for a single person, and will not be less than the minimum set as a requirement by the Board of Graduate Studies.
Fields of study
Studentships are available for one-year taught postgraduate degrees, or Masters, at the University of Cambridge, in any subject offered by the School of Arts and Humanities or the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. See the full list of available courses.
Application and selection
Applications for study in 2012-13 must be made, via the Board of Graduate Studies, after 1 September 2011 and before 2 December 2011. An application fee of £50 pounds sterling is payable.
Applicants will be given access to their own self-service pages in order to track their application.
In May 2012 successful candidates will be selected by the relevant Schools within the University, and will receive confirmation from the Cambridge Overseas Trust, with full details of their awards.
